Beetroot noodles with feta

Ingredients

  • 1 raw red beetroot
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Thyme
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt, pepper

​​​​ Preparation
​​​​
​​​​
  1. For the sauce, wash the spinach and let drain. Peel and finely chop the garlic into. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Cut the feta into small pieces. Squeeze the lemon juice.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add thyme and spinach and sauté until the spinach has wilted. Season to taste with lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  3. Attach the spiralizer accessory to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and cut the raw beetroot into pappadelle.
  4. Cook in salted water for 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the water, add the veggie-pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Serve with feta and walnuts.

Wild berry smoothie

Ingredients
 
  • 2 bananas
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 150 ml almond or coconut milk


Preparation
 
  1. To create this delicious smoothie, just attach the blending shaft to Braun’s MQ 5V Fit hand blender.
  2. Place all ingredients in the beaker and blend to a smooth purée. You have never blended faster.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Carrot noodles with salmon and cream cheese

Ingredients
 
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 onion
  • ½ bunch of dill/parsley
  • 30 g cream cheese with herbs
  • A dash of water
  • Salt, pepper
  • Coconut oil


Preparation
 
  1. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan with coconut oil.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with some water and add to the pan.
  4. Finely chop the herbs, add them to the salmon, then leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Attach the Spiralizer accessory to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and cut the carrots into linguine shape.
  6. Boil briefly in water for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add the noodles to the pan, and season to taste with spices.

Tomato and carrot soup

Ingredients
 
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 litres vegetable stock
  • Salt, pepper
  • Oregano


Preparation
 
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into four equal pieces and remove the skin.
  3. Roughly dice the carrots and onion. Put the ingredients into a casserole dish, drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt and freshly ground pepper.
  4. Roast the vegetables in the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, bring the vegetable stock to a boil. Add the roasted vegetables and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Attach the blending shaft to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and purée everything until you have a smooth soup.

Asian courgette noodles

Ingredients
 
  • 6 medium sized courgettes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 250 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil for the sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • Salt, pepper


Preparation
 
  1. Attach the spiralizer accessory to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and cut the courgettes into a linguine shape.
  2. Finely cut the spring onions into rings, chop the chilli pepper.
  3. Roast the peanuts in a pan without fat or oil.
  4. Stir the peanut butter, lemon juice, water and sesame oil together into a sauce and mix in a bowl with the courgette noodles.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the courgette noodles for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Then serve with spring onions, chilli and roasted peanuts.

Green smoothie bowl

Ingredients
 
  • 1 apple
  • 4 bananas
  • 50 g leaf spinach
  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2 kiwis
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 150 g blueberries


Preparation
 
  1. Peel and quarter the apple, remove the core, and cut into pieces. Peel the bananas, then purée them together with apple, spinach, oats and coconut milk into a creamy smoothie with the help of Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwis.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two bowls. Decorate with kiwi slices, chia seeds, blueberries and, if you want, some nuts.

Spicy courgette noodles with steak

  • 4 courgettes
  • 250 g beef steak
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of  chilli sauce
  • Salt, pepper


Preparation
 
  1. Cut the steak into thin strips. Peel the garlic. Finely chop the chilli and garlic.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan. Sear the steak strips for 1 minute on each side, before removing.
  3. Briefly fry the chilli and garlic in a pan. Add soy and chilli sauce.
  4. Attach the spiralizer accessory to Braun’s MultiQuick 5V Fit hand blender and make courgette tagliatelle.
  5. Add the courgettes and steak to the pan, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
